Coats for Kids

The Searcy Rotary Club is collecting coats of all sizes for children and adults. There are 36 barrels in place at local schools and businesses for people to drop off coats to donate through the first week of December. The coats are then taken to three local cleaning businesses: Comet Cleaners, Gladdens Cleaners, and Hall’s Cleaners, who provide free cleaning services for Coats for Kids.
Coat drop-off barrels are located at Searcy Public Schools, most Searcy bank branches, Hays Western Wear, Valley Baptist Church, St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Valley Baptist Church, White County Medical Center, Shirley’s Mother Goose Daycare Center, Cornerstone Christian Academy, Liberty Christian Academy, Harding Academy Elementary School, and Mt. Pleasant Christian School.
If you have any questions about how to donate or are in need of a coat, please contact Pete at 501-305-3701 or Judy at 501-268-8745.
