Harding Junior Manuela Nesheva Named Player of the Week

Junior outside hitter Manuela Nesheva picked up her seventh Player of The Week award from the Gulf South Conference on Tuesday afternoon for her performance over the weekend.

Nesheva, who hails from Lukovit, Bulgaria, had 64 kills with a .364 hitting percentage in four matches. She also had 30 digs for the Lady Bisons.

Nesheva is Harding's career leader in kills per game (4.69) and service aces per game (0.65). She is also tied for first in aces with 156 and sixth in attack pct. .264.
Nesheva was selected to the Daktronics First-Team All-America in 2007.
