WCMC Associate Receives Statewide Recognition White County Medical Center Director of Materials Management David Wilson has been named the Purchasing-Materials Management Person of the Year by the Society for Arkansas Healthcare Purchasing and Materials Management (SAHPMM); Wilson was selected as this year’s recipient by a group of his peers and vendors. He has also been invited to serve on the organization’s Board of Directors. “I am very proud of David and what he has accomplished through his leadership of our Materials Management team,” said to Associate Vice President of Fiscal Services B.J. Roberts. “It is an honor for WCMC and David to be recognized by this professional society as a leader in supply chain operations.” “This award is a testament to our Materials Management team and the kind of people we have working here; the recognition is wonderful, but it has very little to do with me, it’s a team effort,” Wilson said. “I’m thankful to work with an outstanding team of people here at our hospital.” ABOUT WHITE COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER As the leading healthcare provider in a six-county area, White County Medical Center associates strive to create a healthy community by providing quality patient care and participating in community health events.
