Searcy, Ark. – As our community continues to feel the increased impact of Covid-19, we feel it is essential to let our patients know the steps we are taking to provide care. Please be assured that we are doing our part in taking care of the people we serve and are implementing specific protocols based on the recommendations of the CDC.
As of Monday, March 16, 2020, ARcare has implemented an organization-wide Telemedicine program, under the guidelines from the government and the CDC. Patients are urged to call (870) 347-3461 or utilizevirtualcarenow.arcare.net/users/sign_up/consumer to request a virtual appointment with an ARcare provider. During these appointments, patients can request medication refills, lab results, and receive acute care.
In an effort to reach patients who may have contracted Covid-19, and provide them with adequate care, we are encouraging self-screening via our link https://arcare.virtriage.com/#/arcarecovid19. Patients will answer a set of questions to determine if they are at risk for Covid-19.
ARcare has over 45 clinics in Central, North East, and North West Arkansas, and will continue to provide care to our patients during this time.
