Searcy, Ark. –  Life seems like it’s always moving so fast, even in a town like Searcy. What better way to slow it all down than by capturing moments forever? There are so many great places that you can snap a picture around Searcy to help make memories last, whether it’s planned or spontaneous.

Snap a Self-Timer Pic at Burrito Day

The new selfie stick of 2020 is the smartphone’s self-timer feature.

Choose your favorite small businesses in town and capture a memory. There are murals at downtown businesses like Savor and Sip and Salon Bliss, and of course in Art Alley. The mural behind Burrito Day is the perfect spot to hug your best friend and capture some joy.

Snap a Couple Pic at Berryhill Park

Catching the sunset, sunrise, or new spring growth can help to create the perfect romantic moment. Berryhill Park offers all that and more with trails you can walk to find the picture-perfect spot to capture love.

Don’t forget about Gin Creek that runs through the park. Getting out in nature, being active allows for a healthy lifestyle and healthy relationships.

Snap a Senior Photo Downtown

Life does move fast, and senior year of high school can get here before you know it. Senior year is one you will always remember, which makes it a perfect time to capture moments with sentimental pictures.

A building or some bleachers at your school make for perfect senior pictures, but add a twist and head downtown. Make Art Alley, one of the murals or any of the downtown building’s classic brick facades the perfect backdrop for your graduation pose.

They are all perfect places for any graduate to strike a pose.

Snap a Girl Gang Pic at Riverside

Life moves fast when you’re having fun.

Grab a camera and your girl gang and head to Riverside Park to create photo memories.  In the warmer months, use the rope swing to jump into the Little Red River with your closest friends and family.  GoPro cameras take great underwater photos.

If you are watching the sunrise at River Side Park, stop by the Best Local Java Joints in Searcy before you head out on your adventure.

And don’t forget to snap a picture of that latte!
