This former 1940’s Cotton Warehouse has been renovated into a modern little apartment with classic flair. Located in the heart of Searcy, it is only a minute’s walk from Harding University’s campus (perfect for parents visiting students). There is only one queen bed, but four people could fit in the apartment if some don’t mind sleeping on the couch or floor.

The main part of the space has been converted into an ergonomic office with an adjacent comfy living room. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, so you can make your own meals if you want. The bathroom has a shower but no tub.

Other guests have raved about the spacious parking area, wheelchair access ramp and easy check-in/check-out process. The apartment has many windows (with shades), so that is a consideration if privacy is of utmost importance to you.

For those who want to get away from life’s busyness, this place is for you. Its secluded, yet still within a few miles of downtown Searcy and Harding University.

The entire house is yours, including the surrounding one-acre lot. The backyard is perfect for hanging a hammock or roasting hotdogs over the fire pit.

The most prominent feature in the house is the mediation loft — a place to relax and rejuvenate. This empty second-floor space boasts a large window facing the backyard and can be reached using a unique spiral staircase.

The kitchen and living room have an open concept, ideal for get-togethers with friends and family. The three bedrooms feature two king beds and one floor mattress, providing enough space for eight guests.
